- Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial lines insurance market.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide comprehensive coverage options.
- Analyze insurance policies and terms, ensuring clients' coverage aligns with their requirements.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate rates and secure suitable coverage for clients.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to provide clients with the most current information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and insurance transactions.
- Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License.
- Pennsylvania Life License (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in commercial lines insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
