Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact and provide administrative support to the team while ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Assist with day to day operations with reporting to senior management
- Interface with customers and vendors
- Perform fulfillment related tasks
- File management - updating, organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Data entry into Quickbooks accounting software.
**Experience with Quickbooks is required for this position**
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Quickbooks and administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle a multi faceted position and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity in using Excel, Google Sheets and Quickbooks and other relevant software applications
- Problem solver with a "take charge" attitude and positive outlook
