Advanced Health Care of Colorado Springs is a small 34 bed Rehab to Home short stay facility. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care
- Utilize an electronic medical records system

Experience:
- Active RN license in good standing with the state board of nursing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred
