Advanced Health Care of Lakewood is currently looking for a RN WEEKEND SUPERVISOR for its 36 bed, all short-term Skilled Nursing Facility.
Our weekend supervisor will be a great leader for our weekend team. Our 36 bed facility has two units, which one nurse at each unit. Our nurse to patient ratio is 1:18 and our CNA to patient ratio is 1:9. We take pride in providing safe staffing ratios that allow our staff to provide excellent care to our patients.
