Description

A varied role, as Employment Litigation Associate/ Senior Litigation Associate, you will:

• Work on a wide range of complex employment litigation defense cases in State and Federal court
• Prepare motion practices, court appearances and preparing for trial
• Advising clients on risk/ risk mitigation before issues escalate/ where possible resolving disputes ahead of court
• Providing clients with counsel on varied employment and commercial litigation matters
• Discretion, the firm works with some very high profile entertainment clients and has an excellent reputation for winning high profile cases - it is essential that you are able to quickly build trust and rapport with their varied clients

Profile

The successful Employment Litigation Associate/ Senior Litigation Associate, will have demonstrable experience:

• JD & CA Bar (open to interviewing candidates who have relocated to CA and are in the process of studying/ sitting the CA bar)
• 2-8 years litigation experience (varied employment litigation defense matters)
• Engaging, service focused, genuine team spirit and customer first approach
• Candidate must have AM Law 100 firm experience
• The firm is known for retaining their staff, they are looking to hire Attorneys who are keen to progress in the law firm setting and committing to the firm long-term

Job Offer

Competitive package available for the successful Employment Litigation Associate/ Senior Litigation Associate:

• Base salary: c. $180,000 - $300,000 PA (depending on graduation class year and relevant experience)
• The firm does not have a billable hours requirement - annual bonus is merit based.
