Job Summary:

Seeking team-oriented Hygiene Coordinator to help maintain the Hygiene schedule and answer patient questions. The Hygiene Coordinator will work directly with the hygiene team and assist in providing outstanding, state of the art, preventative care to the broader community. Responsibilities:

• Confirming hygiene appointments on the schedule.
• Assisting our front desk team with answering non-hygiene related phone calls.
• Auditing all hygiene appointments to ensure proper scheduling 2 days ahead of real time.
• Moving appointments off the schedule due to non-confirmation, balances, history of no show, etc. in order to have openings for walk-ins and same day service. 
• Filling schedule as cancellations arise.
• Answering patient questions about finances and/or treatment plans. (example Perio out of pocket after ins).
• Making calls from a call list to fill hygiene schedule to ensuring our producers are productive.
• Any other duties as assigned. Patient care is and will continue to be our main focus.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years minimum in dental field required.
• Knowledge of EagleSoft dental software preferred.

Schedule:

Monday and Tuesday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Friday 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
