o Assist with manufacturing process transfer, and design and execute verification and validation (V&V) plans

• Expert in analytical science

o Good understanding of protein chemistry and bioanalytical techniques, including electrophoretic and chromatographic separations and immunoassay detection

o Good understanding of biophysical and chemical property measurements

• Collaboration and technical leadership

o Provide technical leadership and support to Manufacturing in investigation of problems, corrective actions, deviations, risk assessments and process changes

o Provide technical direction, assist with training and give guidance to others in the department and organization
