Currently caring for patients in Port St. Lucie, with new locations coming soon to Fort Pierce and Titusville.

- Monitor and act on patient progress and identify any changes in status.
- Perform patient teaching/training for patients and families.
- Communicate with all staff, patients and families with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Comply with all policies and procedures, while upholding the expectations of Advanced Care Partners.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Valid RN nursing license in Texas.
- Active CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE).
- Two or more years of experience is preferred; new graduates accepted based on completion of preceptorship.
- Valid PPD skin test.
