Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist the Marketing Team in supporting the organization's efforts to create, develop, and execute marketing communications material and strategy.
Location: Frederick, MD
Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week. Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm are ABH core business hours.
ABH is a family centered mental health program that offers a wraparound approach to treatment. We specialize in Psychiatry, Off-Site Counseling Services, On-Site therapy, and Therapeutic Mentoring. Essential Functions

• Assist with updating and maintaining social media presence, including monitoring our Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts. 
• Responsible for creating monthly marketing calendar and social media posts. 
• Monitor Google Business reviews and monitor other platforms for reviews. Draft responses and/or develop appropriate business plans to enhance reviews. 
• Contribute ideas and assist with managing content for company blogs. 
• Assist with planning, writing, and managing marketing campaigns. 
• Responsible for designing flyers, graphics, and other marketing material to promote the organization and organizational events. 
• Assist with planning, promoting, and executing company events. 
• Analyzing, reporting, and leveraging marketing campaigns to promote the organization.
• Assist with mentoring marketing intern(s). 
• Participate in onboarding of new employees and interns. 
• Tracking progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects. 
• May be required to assist with other administrative duties to support the organization’s objectives. 

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing/Communications, Public Relations or English preferred.
• Must be proficient in the various platforms in the social media space; graphic design and have strong knowledge of Canva, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment. 
• Ability to communicate professionally and be effective in written and oral communications.
