Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and attentive individual to join our team as a Lifeguard. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests at our facility and maintaining a clean and well-maintained pool area.
Duties:
- Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Perform first aid or CPR in the event of an emergency
- Conduct regular pool inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance
- Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing concerns
Skills:
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues if necessary
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification
- Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations
- Attention to detail for monitoring pool activities and enforcing rules
- Physical fitness for performing duties such as heavy lifting and assisting with pool maintenance
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests
This is a paid position, with competitive compensation based on experience. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.
