As a Customer Service Rep - CSR in our HVAC office, you are vital to our home services business. In our fast-paced customer-centric environment, you help our customers through the phone or in person. Making sure our customers have 5-star service experience, you promptly answer questions and handle any issues or concerns. You even have opportunities to offer our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services and earn spiffs. With patience and professionalism, you build great rapport and establish strong customer relations.
