Parker's Kitchen is Hiring a PARTS COORDINATOR Near Savannah, GA
The Parts Coordinator coordinates all parts organization via receiving, labeling, shelving and handling all parts requisitions from corporate employees, operations and the technician group. All parts requests and transfers will facilitate through the Parts Coordinator. Facilitates parts delivery to techs in the field either by self or 3rd party. Will assist corporate auditing staff during inventory audits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Gatekeeper of parts cage
- Coordinate warehouse parts inventory by receiving, and stocking parts
- Review ServiceNow system for daily parts requisitions
- Receive and manage parts/materials for cross-departmental projects
- Deliver, unload, and stage materials for new store projects
- Alert Warehouse Manager to low stock or damaged items
- Inventory Support Center and Technician vans along with corporate auditors per established programs
- Assist in execution of warranty program during non-peak periods
- Occasionally assist in warehouse and inventory organizational projects
- Maintain and promote professionalism at all times working with field personnel
- Responsible for all parts cage cleanliness and organization
- Provide reporting on parts usage to management utilized in assessing technician efficiencies and training needs
- Provide good customer service by communicating effectively with technicians, store employees, peers, and others as necessary
- Effectively communicate pertinent information to staff and management teams; encourages open and honest communication
- Build relationships with cross-functional team members through integrity and respect
- Create an environment for critical thinking
- Abide by company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook
- Strong ethics, effective communication skills, and confidentiality
- Proficient with computers, Windows applications and Excel
- Detail-oriented, effective communicator with all levels of customers, staff, and management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and communication skills

- Must have exceptional organizational skills and be deadline-oriented
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license with an insurable driving record
Able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Schedule consists of a variable five-day work week, or as business necessitates
