Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Parts Associate. As an Parts Associate, you will play a vital role in our dealership by providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various parts sales and automotive service tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide information about our products and services

- Recommend appropriate solutions and pricing to customers

- Collaborate with service team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, parts and service transactions

- Coordinate with service advisors to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts and service area

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Previous parts experience in automotive dealership setting

- Knowledge of Honda parts is a HUGH plus!

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for calculating pricing and discounts

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships

- Must have a valid driver's license
