Job OverviewThe Service Team Administrator is responsible for assisting the Service Manager and Electricians with all aspects of the execution and record keeping of the jobs. The primary responsibilities will include engaging with the Service Manager, managing the purchase order process, work order entry, scheduling and the billing of the jobs. Additional responsibilities can include client, vendor and other external partner followup. The goal of this role is to support the Service Team to deliver on our company mission of award winning workmanship with professionalism and integrity.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Set up all work orders
- Create purchase order and process packing slip and receiving.
- Assist with communications to customer.
- Schedule Technicians
- Schedule Fire Alarm and Solar Testing
- Support Service Electricians with processing work orders.
- Participate constructively in Team Meetings.
- Service Call/Work Order Entry
- Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Excel and Word.
- Degree or certificates in business a plus.
- Spectrum and Conest knowledge a plus.
- Great attitude and work ethic, with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
