Job Description

ProvideoutstandingcustomerservicetoAdvance Auto Partscorecustomerbaseandassisttheoutboundsalesteam withachievinggrowthobjectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assists outbound sales by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Securesandplacesordersforprocessing.
  • Handles a high volume of inbound sales calls.
  • Preparesorderquotesandprocessing.Callsprospectivecustomerstoexplainserviceorproductoffered.
  • Achievesassignedperformancegoalsandobjectivessetbymanagement

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1-3 years of related Sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
