The Opportunity As a Solutions Consultant, you are responsible for guiding and delivering the most creative solutions to the world’s most dynamic brands. What You'll Do A creative problem-solving partner for the Go-to-Market Team, you will guide solutions for workflow problems facing the largest enterprises and brands in the world. You will consult on exciting opportunities that require deep proven experience and creativity to solve. Your job is to simplify the complex and be a credible, trusted advisor for customers and your teammates. As part of this role, you will listen, document, and create workflow diagrams, informative materials, marketing collateral and use cases, that clearly articulate the context and value of Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, Frame.io, and/or Express in the customer’s daily work stream. In this role, you will also assist in evolving the Solutions Team to ensure we continue at the forefront of industry knowledge, customer empathy, and implementation. What you need to succeed Hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Firefly, Frame.io, and Express Curiosity Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong listening skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization Strong attention to detail, exceptionally hands-on in all the work you’re doing Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing Organized, able to balance multiple work streams at once, and multi-task Work collaboratively in a team environment You are a curious self-starter who is inventive and able to work on projects with minimal mentorship Passion for developing talent High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity Preferred Qualifications 5 years of professional experience in customer-facing creative operations, production, post-production, digital marketing, or Solutions Consulting roles First-hand Generative AI experience; Adobe Firefly, Mid-journey, Stable Diffusion, Dall-E, OpenAI Sora, or similar Architecting API-based workflows that integrate Enterprise Tech Stacks Project management skills in delivering timely solutions that routinely exceed customer needs Experience with creative production technology systems; MAM, DAM, NLE’s, and other related systems Experience scripting or coding in Python or JavaScript Github Experience Concepts of Authentication and Authorization through Active Directory, OKTA, or other enterprise directory services Fundamental understanding of cloud architecture. AWS architecture is a plus Familiar and skilled with graphics programs to craft presentations; Adobe XD, Figma, PowerPoint, Miro, and/or Keynote Self-managed, adaptable, and dedicated to customer support Strong verbal and writing skills Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Experience with Workfront and/or Airtable is a plus Some travel may be required Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,600 -- $229,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
