We are looking for a Lead AI Full Stack Engineer to spearhead our efforts in developing the next generation of AI-first marketing tools! • Lead the architecture and development of AI-first marketing tools, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies. • Guide and mentor a team of developers, data scientists, and UX designers in creating robust and intuitive AI-first products • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to propel our solutions forward. What you'll need to succeed: • San Francisco or Remote (US) • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. • 10 years overall development experience. • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). • Experience in application integration and development with Large Language Models and Generative AI (E.g., OpenAI ChatGPT, Claude, Coral, LLAMA, Alpaca, Koala, Vicuna, Mixtral, MidJourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion) • Works well in a distributed team environment across multiple geographies; can develop strong working relationships and promote a positive, collaborative tone. Bonus Qualifications: • Experience in developing AI agents, with a portfolio of relevant projects a plus Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $154,000 -- $278,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
