ADURA LLC is Hiring a Director of LED Light Component Sales & Marketing Near Corona, CA

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director with a strong background in LED driver sales and a proven track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with top-tier OEM customers in the lighting industry. The successful candidate will lead our sales and marketing efforts for LED drivers, drive business growth, and expand our market presence.

The position require hunter sales mindset : Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base via chasing leads, closing deals, and making sales for rapid revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for LED drivers in alignment with company goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier OEM customers and distributors in the lighting industry.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Drive rapid revenue growth, achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Marketing and Promotion:

Create and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share for LED drivers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, product literature, and campaigns.
Identify and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to showcase our LED drivers.

Product Knowledge:

Possess a deep understanding of LED drivers / power supplies and their applications in the indoor and outdoor LED lighting industry.
Provide technical support and product information to customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships while proactively seeking opportunities for growth.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings and sales strategies.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in selling LED drivers, with a focus on the lighting industry.
Established relationships with top-tier OEM customers in the lighting sector.
Strong understanding of LED driver technology and its applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Leadership experience in managing sales and marketing teams.
Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and events.
