This is not a Technical BA role

Service Provider will provide a Business Analyst to fulfill the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate BluesNet onboarding process and required forms with Blue Plans and their partners.
  • Keep track of all required paperwork and approvals before onboarding to BluesNet and after sun setting from BluesNet
  • Coordinate project scope, risk, and schedule for BluesNet project initiatives. Prepare and present project information to BluesNet Director and Senior Leaders.
  • Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications.
  • Create and manage documentation and reports for projects.
  • Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges.
  • Collect the necessary information required to start projects.
  • Maintain current knowledge on the legislation applicable to each project.
  • Collaborate with Operations team to ensure appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner to correct/avoid failing functions, activities, and processes.
  • Coordinate, setup, and track BluesNet billing needs for customers with Operations and Finance team.
  • Conduct continual improvement opportunities assessments to maximize the value of BluesNet activities and deliverables.
  • Assist in BluesNet Oversight Committee Meeting preparations.
  • Assist in other committee Meetings and Summit s preparations.

The BluesNet Business Analyst should have the following skills:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Prior experience as a business/project analyst in a related field required.
  • Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
  • Minimum of 5 years job-related experience (e.g., tracking and communications)
  • Experience in one or more of the following technical support areas: (1) functionality and processing; (2) Finance and billing. (3) Telecom
  • Proven track record of on-boarding customers.
  • Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional research and reporting skills
