What you’ll do
- Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
- Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures.
- Performing statistical analysis of data.
- Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
- Using data to analyze trends that help inform business policies and decisions.
- Identifying and recommending new ways to streamline business processes by analyzing current data.
- Ensuring that the data is accurate and high quality.
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
- Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients as requested.
Who are you
- Ability to gather, view and analyze data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Formulas) - required
- Proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros, Micros, Pivot table, V lookup, H Lookup etc.- required
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Teams and Sharepoint
- Quick Learner
- Expert in Excel - V lookup, H lookup/ data validation, advance formulas, sorting, duplicates / conditional formatting/ co national formulas/ pivot table / report presentation tools - Excel / Google sheet - preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Proficient)
