Contractual Therapist

FamilyWorks Together, a program of Adoptions Together, is seeking experienced licensed mental health professionals to provide adoption competent clinical services to families as they seek and sustain permanency for children through adoption, foster and kinship care. Services are primarily delivered via telehealth with some in-person sessions. Preferred experience and expertise around permanency related issues including attachment wounds, trauma, loss, grief, and identify formation. Experience and interest in facilitating group sessions is a plus.

This is a contract position that is primarily remote with some expectation of in-person work. A minimum availability of 5-10 hours per week during afternoon/evening hours is required (daytime availability is a plus).

As a contractor, you will be able to create your own schedule and will receive supervision from the Director of Clinical Services. Additionally, you will be responsible for the timely completion of clinical documentation in the agency database. Each contractor will be responsible for submitting an invoice on a monthly basis for payment. Rates for therapists with MD independent clinical licensure range from $87-$112 per session.
