Software Development Engineer in Test The Adobe Stock organization is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to help build and evolve our web service (stock.adobe.com). Adobe Stock is a service that provides designers and businesses with access to over 400 million high-quality, curated, royalty-free photos, vectors, illustrations, templates, audio, and 3D assets for all their creative projects. The Adobe Stock service is built right into Adobe desktop apps to search, browse, and add images to Creative Cloud Libraries, and get instant access to assets across desktop and mobile devices. We are passionate about what we do and are looking for motivated individuals to join our hardworking team.
The Role- Build outstanding things that matter. Be an active participant in planning and designing product features with the ability to view the application from a customer perspective and delivering a 5-star experience.
- Have meaningful ownership. Write performing, reliable and maintainable code implementing test automation scripts and/or frameworks based upon feature requirements and design documentation.

- Evolve. Stay current with the latest QA best practices and share your findings with the team and Adobe QE community.
What is Needed to Succeed- A Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent four-year degree
- 4 years web site and web services testing
- Proficiency in Java, RestAssured, Selenium WebDriver, Maven or Ant and Selenium Grid (Bash nice to have)
- Proficiency in Docker, Cypress, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk)
- Experience with Jenkins and Git
- Proven experience setting up, running and improving the performance of UI test frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress.io
- Knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans and debugging
- Experience with compiling bug trend and analysis reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,000 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
