The Opportunity The Adobe Experience Cloud team provides a centralized web architecture and UI for all Experience cloud applications, from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Experience Platform. This architecture ensures a seamless user experience with a common set of interfaces and interactions that users have come to rely on. What you need to succeed Ambition to tackle front-end architecture challenges with a hardworking and focused team Proven experience building highly performant, sophisticated, and useful front-end solutions Expert knowledge in JavaScript and CSS fundamentals and have composed applications you are proud of in modern frameworks and libraries Strong CS fundamentals 4 years experience as a Front End Engineer Proven passion for creating well thought through solutions Desire to foster a thriving community around the work you do Ability to give code reviews with constructive feedback Proficiency in writing and maintaining tests Have shipped and validated production quality applications in React Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,000 -- $198,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
