The Invoicing team has an immediate need to find a Contracts Administrator for six months. This assignment will be remote full time, with hours between 8a-5:30p est.

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our fast-paced corporate contracts team supporting health agency contracts. In this role you will support the full life cycle of contract administration activities from pre-award to project closeout with a focus on compliance and minimizing organizational risk, strategic client engagement, and collaboration with technical practice areas and new business development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Pre-Award and Proposal Activities, review solicitation terms, and serve as a resource to research and business development staff in interpreting funding requests, regulations, and requirements.
  • Draft and review contracts, subcontracts, assistance agreements, MOUs, teaming agreements, NDAs, and modifications
  • Assist in negotiating terms and conditions and executing contracts, subcontracts, and other pre- and post-award agreements.
  • Support Vendor and Subcontractor Management, as well as Pricing requirements
  • Engage with federal contracting specialists and officers on matters related to terms and conditions, federal rules and regulations, and other compliance requests.
  • Support research staff, provide guidance on contractual and compliance requirements, issues, and solutions.
  • Maintain contract files and ensure contractual documents meet regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Participate and assist in policy and process improvement efforts and organizational change management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of progressive contract management experience administering federal government contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience with federal public health agencies such as NIH, CDC, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of common contract instruments, including CR, CPFF, CPFF-LOE, FFP, T&M, and IDIQ.
  • Experience working with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and CFR.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exhibit proven negotiation skills, including the ability to make sound decisions and apply creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to collaborate and maintain internal and external relationships and confidentiality.
  • Exposure to GSA Schedule Orders and BPAs, and other contracting vehicles (GWAC and IDIQ).
  • Experience with Deltek products including Costpoint, Contracts, and Purchasing Modules.
  • Experience recommending, reviewing, and negotiating multiple agreement types.
  • Familiarity with proposal and award budgets, basic cost/price analysis, and reviewing representation and certification documentation.
