Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with various operational tasks. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product demonstrations, and purchases
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked on the sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and industry trends

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience in electronics sales, retail sales, or jewelry sales is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for transaction processing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
