Admore Behavioral Therapy is Hiring a Case Management Documentation QA Specialist Near Houston, TX

Documentation Specialist

  • Manages office documents.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMS)
  • Upload, review and approve biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, progress notes and CANS and ANSAs.
  • Verbalize constructive feedback on documentation to therapist and case managers.
  • Coach and develop team members to adhere to best documentation practices.
  • Build a cooperative working relationship with administrators and team members.
  • Attend daily quality control staff meetings.
  • Prioritize and organize daily responsibilities to meet daily quotas and weekly deadlines.
  • Document daily progress in audit log
  • Develop and present written daily and weekly reports to Clinical Manager and staff meetings.
  • Adhere to the Texas Administrative Code regulations for therapy and case management services.
  • Continuing ongoing Continued Education Training (CEUs) on State of Texas laws, regulations and policies.
  • Develop and lead documentation training with new hires and ongoing staff.
  • Audit charts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • LPC-A or equivalent required.
  • Work Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm CST in a professional, fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Experience with completing biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, progress notes and CANS/ANSA.
  • Knowledge of Texas Administrative Code, Medicaid and insurance compliance.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
