As a PPC Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ digital marketing strategy. What you’ll do for adMind

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PPC Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, offering an opportunity to lead and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will not only manage campaigns but also strategize, analyze, and drive improvements that significantly impact our digital marketing efforts.

  • Professional Development & Learning Objectives
    • PPC Structure Mastery: Take the lead on optimizing and refining PPC account structures for maximum efficiency and performance.
    • Ad & Landing Page Testing: Employ advanced techniques in ad copy and landing page optimization to significantly enhance campaign performance.
    • Data Analysis Expertise: Utilize deep analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
    • Strategic Discussions: Drive strategic discussions with key stakeholders to align PPC objectives with broader business goals.
    • Client Empathy: Demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of client needs to strategically manage marketing budgets and improve client satisfaction.
  • Campaign Management & Strategy Development:
    • Campaign Assistance: Independently manage and refine PPC campaigns, implementing strategies to maximize return on investment.
    • Measurement-based Optimization: Use advanced analytics to continuously optimize marketing efforts across various channels.
  • Client Engagement & Communication:
    • Solution Design Participation: Participate in solution design phases, translating complex client goals and KPIs into effective PPC strategies.
    • Client Communication: Maintain high standards of communication, proactively updating clients on campaign progress and strategic shifts.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization:
    • Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to guide major campaign adjustments and optimizations.
    • Internal Ad Optimization: Take full responsibility for the company's internal advertising strategies and their execution.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Sales Contribution: Drive sales activities that align with overall PPC and digital marketing strategies, including sophisticated cross-selling and lead generation tactics.

Requirements

What you already know:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of in-house experience in managing PPC campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge in digital marketing, including data analysis, strategy development, and client management.
  • Exceptional self-motivation, Grit (as defined by Angela Duckworth), and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
