Job Functions

• Porter service
• Janitorial services
• Diagnosis, maintenance and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, painting, ceiling tiles, drywall repairs, roof repairs, and up keep of buildings and grounds
• Inspects and ensures that all vacant spaces are well maintained and secure

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in all phases of commercial properties maintenance
• Skilled in the care and use of tools and equipment used in the workplace
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and the Clean Air Act
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines in busy, time-sensitive environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
