Dynamic boutique law firm focusing on estate planning, probate, administration, real estate and business succession planning is seeking a paralegal or legal assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving procedures and protocols. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and confidence with client interaction are essential to the position.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Superior organizational and time management skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications (Desired):
· Law firm or other legal experience
· Experience in estate planning
· Experience with CLIO, Wealth Counsel and Wealth Documents
· Proficiency in Spanish or second language
