Job Type: Full-time

· Prior management or supervisory experience in CNC manufacturing, or 5-10 years of comparable knowledge, skills and abilities

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Effectively plan, organize and prioritize work duties in a fast paced environment

· Strong interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills

· Promotes a zero loss mindset culture and effective asset utilization

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Promotes a high level of accountability and respect towards authority

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
