Reporting to the director of network development, the program manager is responsible for managing the development and implementation of marketing programs focused on key stakeholder relationships including providers, businesses and other partners. Working as part of the network development team, the program manager will identify and execute innovative tactics focused on raising awareness and utilization of services, new business opportunities, and referrals. The program manager will cultivate and manage strong, productive relationships with Adena Medical Group practices, the non-system provider network, and businesses and other partners across the region. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of how to successfully position an organization in a competitive environment, be proficient in building and managing strong client relationships, and have a solid understanding of the regional market. Proven experience leading multifaceted initiatives, prioritizing projects, and communicating and collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams is essential.

Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree 

Major/Area of Concentration: Marketing, Business, or a related field
