- Rate: $2,178/36-hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Behavioral health unit experience
- ABSOLUTELY NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR THESE NEEDS.
- Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients
- Recent travel experience
- Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients
- De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications- Preferred
- Cerner experience - PreferredClinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, callouts, etc... - very patient-oriented Unit
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, and CPI - Facility will not pend license/certs)
- New York license
- BLS (AHA)
- CPI
