Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Heath Unit experience
- Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients
- Recent travel experience
- Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients
- De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications
- Cerner experience - Preferred. Clinician MUST be reliable
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS and CPI)
- New York license
- BLS (AHA)
- CPI
