- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible Health Care Facilities leadership experience preferred.
- Operations/construction management within an automated systems Health Care setting work environment.
- Experience in successfully managing and implementing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and demonstrated mentoring, excellent facilitation, and conflict resolution skills desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or a minimum of five years of responsibility at a Director level in areas of engineering, maintenance, and construction for Healthcare Facility Planning or a related field.
- MA Construction Supervisor License (unrestricted), or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile(Current Nursys, BLS, CHEMO, CRNI - Facility will not pend license/certs)
- Massachusetts license
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager Certification
