Traveler Policy: n/aTHIS IS AN EXEMPT POSITION!
- Note the hourly rate is for posting purposes only (this traveler will not be paid hourly)
- As an Exempt Traveler, there are no premiums/multipliers in place for this need (no OT, Holiday, Call/Call-back, etc).
- $5280/week ($1056/day,$132/hr equivalent)
- Proactive participation in strategic planning with a focus on project management skills, analytic ability, sound judgment, and strong operational focus.
- Manage & organize financial operating budgets for several departments.
- Lead staff effectively and function as a role model of collegiality and effectively as it relates to people at all levels within the organization.
Submission Requirements
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible Health Care Facilities leadership experience is preferred.
- Operations/construction management within an automated systems Health Care setting work environment.
- Experience in successfully managing and implementing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and demonstrated mentoring, excellent facilitation, and conflict resolution skills desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or a minimum of five years of responsibility at a Director level in areas of engineering, maintenance, and construction for Healthcare Facility Planning or a related field.
- MA Construction Supervisor License (unrestricted), or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) REQUIRED
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, CHEMO, CRNI, Covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file exemption form - Facility will not pend license/certs)
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager Certification
- Massachusetts
- MA license MUST be in hand if uploading the MA Construction Supervisor License (unrestricted). If a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) is carried, that cert must be uploaded with a CV
