- Five (5) years acute care experience preferred.
- Two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Prior substance use disorder and/or mental health experience
- Must be able to work on the floor if needed (Lead by example)
- Must be able to train on Unit
- Prior experience with individuals who are unhoused is preferred.
- Prior experience in harm reduction and trauma responsive patient care preferred.
- Prior experience in settings other than hospitals STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Demonstrated professional writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in word processing and other computer functions using Windows, Word, and Google Email and Apps.
- Massachusetts license
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
