Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.

• Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all beverage products and communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.

• Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management.

• Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.

Qualified candidates must have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high volume establishment.

• Strong product knowledge of liquors, wine, and various drink recipes.

• Knowledge of POS system.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many interruptions.

• Must be able to multi-task and think quickly.

• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.

• Must be able to flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior club experience preferred.

• Must be able to push, pull and lift at least 30 pounds.

• Must be able to stand for long extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time
Rate of pay: $20.00 an hour (We are a non-tipping property)
