Responsibilities:
- Lead digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on email channels to enhance engagement, foster loyalty, and drive conversions.
- Utilize email automation tools to orchestrate triggered and drip campaigns, tailoring messaging to customer behavior, lifecycle stages, and segmentation.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Segment email lists based on demographic data, behavioral patterns, and preferences to deliver personalized and targeted communications.
