Addaptive Intelligence Inc is Hiring a Remote Sales Associate

AdDaptive Intelligence is seeking to expand its sales team and is looking for an individual who can aggressively pursue outreach strategies has a solid foundation in sales, comes from a hunting background, and is eager to challenge themselves in an industry that is constantly evolving.

As a Digital Advertising Sales Associate, you will use your outreach skills to schedule meetings with new accounts that meet our qualifications. You will also build strong relationships with your clients, and offer continued education about our latest offerings, to help provide opportunities for renewal and continued partnership.

This role offers a path to a successful career in digital advertising sales with uncapped earning potential. You will work alongside a team of knowledgeable sales professionals and report to one of our National Director of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with Sales Executives to execute sales strategies.
  • Build a database of target accounts.
  • Build a qualified pipeline of opportunities through emails and cold calls.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to overcome the objections of prospective customers.
  • Incorporate knowledge of our products and services, the customer, and key competitors into the sales process and apply that knowledge to uncover customer needs and generate demand.
  • Work effectively as an individual while also facilitating the sales opportunity by providing the support needed to advance the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company CRM.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress
  • Analytical thinker; ability to solve problems using data and marketing performance
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to provide world-class, professional client service and support
  • Desire to work in Digital Marketing / Advertising
  • A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a constant sense of urgency

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Goal-driven and competitive
  • Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
  • Attention to detail; organized and metric-driven
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a relatable industry
