Responsibilities

• Get your sleuthing hat on and dive into the world of cold calls, networking, and online research to find those hidden gems of contracting partners.
• Strike up some conversations with potential partners, and let them know why teaming up with Installation Nation is the best decision they'll ever make!
• Break down the nitty-gritty details of our contracts and answer all the burning questions our future partners may have.
• Channel your inner negotiator and work some magic to seal the deal on rates and terms that leave everyone smiling.
• Keep track of all those leads like a pro, making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks!
• Team up with our awesome internal crew to make sure our new partners feel right at home from day one.
• Stay ahead of the game by keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor moves.
• Spread good vibes and positive energy in all your interactions, both inside and outside the Installation Nation family!

Qualifications

• Got some experience in recruiting, sales, or business development? Awesome! If not, no worries we're all about the can-do attitude!
• Your communication skills are top-notch, and you know just how to make friends with anyone you meet.
• Organization is your middle name, and attention to detail is your superpower!
• You're a self-starter who can work independently but also loves being part of a team.
• Research skills? You've got 'em! You'll be uncovering hidden gems like a pro in no time.
• Familiarity with contracts and negotiation? Bonus points if you've got it, but if not, we'll show you the ropes!

Compensation and Benefits

• We're talking $35,000 - $45,000 annually (based on experience), plus commission!
