Job Description:
Are you ready to join the Installation Nation team? We're on the lookout for a superstar Field Recruiter to help us find the best of the best in the world of installation talent! Responsibilities:
- Get your sleuthing hat on and dive into the world of cold calls, networking, and online research to find those hidden gems of contracting partners.
- Strike up some conversations with potential partners, and let them know why teaming up with Installation Nation is the best decision they'll ever make!
- Break down the nitty-gritty details of our contracts and answer all the burning questions our future partners may have.
- Channel your inner negotiator and work some magic to seal the deal on rates and terms that leave everyone smiling.
- Keep track of all those leads like a pro, making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks!
- Team up with our awesome internal crew to make sure our new partners feel right at home from day one.
- Stay ahead of the game by keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor moves.
- Spread good vibes and positive energy in all your interactions, both inside and outside the Installation Nation family!
Qualifications:
- Got some experience in recruiting, sales, or business development? Awesome! If not, no worries—we're all about the can-do attitude!

Compensation and Benefits:
