ADC Management Services, Inc. is Hiring an Armed Security Officer Near Falls, SD
We are currently seeking full-time Armed Security Officers to be located at the Earth Resources Observation and Science Center (EROS) in Sioux Falls, SD. This position will obtain the responsibility and duty of maintaining the safety and protection of EROS Government facilities and personnel to include, but not limited to: patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, access points and permitting entry.
Total Compensation: $20.92 per hour (plus differential pay for night or swing shifts)
Minimum Hourly Rate: $16.51 Health & Welfare Hourly Rate: $4.41
Place of Performance: The Security Officer will provide support at the USGS, Earth Resources Observation and Science Center (EROS) in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Hours of Operation for Position: The Security Officer will provide support Monday - Friday and/or weekends. Shift Times: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.; and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Qualifications
Security Officers must meet the following requirements:
21 years of age or older with valid license
Must complete a:
o Background check (criminal/financial)
o Physical
o Drug screen
First Aid/CPR/AED certification (issued by ADC)
Complete a weapons qualification course
DISQUALIFICATION DUE TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Preferred Qualifications:
Conceal and carry permit
