AdaptHealth Inc. is a medical equipment company that is seeking an energetic, hardworking, organized individual looking for a sales and marketing assistant position. This is an entry level, outside sales position, specializing in respiratory equipment and continuous glucose monitoring, calling on physicians and hospitals. Territory covered will be Melbourne, FL area. Ideal Candidates will reside in/near territory covered.

Sales Associate

The Sales Associate works closely with a seasoned and successful Sales Representative in an assigned territory to assist with daily activities, order processing and marketing efforts. They work with outside accounts and internal support staff to focus efforts on increasing new business, while achieving customer satisfaction and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate is:

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with new and established referral sources and exchanging information regarding patient care, products, and services

· Able to manage time efficiently and work in fast-paced environments

· A strong presenter with diverse written and verbal communication skills 

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; able to navigate additional technology intuitively

· Able to develop and maintain working knowledge of home medical equipment and insurance guidelines

Requirements

Minimum Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience in B2B or B2C Sales.

· Valid driver’s license in the state of residence & reliable personal vehicle

· Experience in field marketing and calling on medical facilities, physicians, and staff is a plus

· Occasional overnight travel
