Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the Northeast territory. This role is critical for expanding our market presence and meeting sales targets. The position involves a balanced mix of driving and office work, with no overnight travel required. Complete training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
· Organize and coordinate sales visits and presentations.
· Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products.
· Build a sales team as part of the growth strategy.
· Report on KPIs and sales performance monthly.
Requirements:
· Proven sales experience.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to travel within the territory without overnight stays.
· Knowledge of Emergency Vehicle Upfitting or aftermarket vehicle equipment is helpful but not necessary.
· Law enforcement background is a plus.
· Computer skills required.
