Work from one of our award-winning model homes and lead prospects through the sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm, learn all the tricks of the trade through our proven training program, and most importantly, close deals with our incredible buyer benefits!

Job Responsibilities :

• Consistently perform in accordance with monthly performance goals
• Demonstrate a Practice makes Permanent" work ethic using taught sales skills and practices.
• Build relationships with local Realtors
• Daily use of our CRM system

Requirements :

• Persuasive & pleasantly persistent communication skills, contract negotiation, and a commitment to exceed customer expectations
• Implement and execute a daily / weekly / monthly plan for presenting and follow-up
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, with reliable transportation
• A Florida Real Estate License
