Pre-Owned Auto Dealer Group is currently growing their customer development center and is seeking BDC Representatives to become an integral part of our team! You will be provided with massive amount of opportunity to earn a great living in a great working environment. Work to help grow sales opportunities by providing extensive customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work a follow up system utilizing the CRM tool that houses new and existing client opportunities
• Schedule sales appointments over the phone, online chat, and email
• Contact customers based on current marketing campaigns
• Help generate leads that convert into sales
• Confirms all sales appointments
• Reschedules missed sales appointments
• Makes daily call and email quota

Qualifications: Automotive Experience Is Great & Preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Professional personal appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Spanish Speaking Is A Plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• 8 hour shift
