Requirements:

• Beauty Consultant Experience: You must have at least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant in the retail cosmetic industry, showcasing your expertise in Fragrance, makeup, and skincare brands. Your knowledge and passion for beauty will shine through as you interact with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Retail Expertise: Big Box Retail experience is required. If you've worked at top-tier establishments like Macy's, Nordstrom, Sephora, or Ulta, you'll feel right at home. Your ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments will set you apart.
• Sales Superstar: We need someone with a sales-driven mindset who can excel at driving product sales during their shift. Your exceptional networking, relationship-building, and sales closing skills will be invaluable in maximizing opportunities and achieving outstanding results.
• Brand Ambassador: As a brand representative for a top 10 Fragrance brand, you'll be responsible for training in-store teams on the brand's products and values. Your ability to educate, inspire, and share your passion for beauty will elevate the customer experience and drive brand loyalty.
