ADAMIS GROUP Is seeking an experience Beauty Consultant with experience as a Fragrance Vendor in a Retail Sales Associate environment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Beauty Advisor with Fragrance sales experinence who has a strong focus on retail sales to join our team. The Beauty Advisor Fragrance Specialist responsibilities will be to drive beauty and fragrance sales, maximize retail sales through exceptional customer service, and product knowledge.

• Proactively approach Retail customers and engage them in conversations to understand their beauty and fragrance needs.
• Employ persuasive retail selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell fragrance products, enhancing the customer's overall experience.
• Conduct interactive product demonstrations and trainings to Retail sales associates and staff.
• Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive fragrance sales.
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized Retail fragrance section, ensuring that products are prominently displayed and regularly restocked.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Retail sales associate , preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry, with a focus on fragrance sales. In the following Stores: Macys, Dillards, Sephora, Ulta or Walgreens
• A strong passion for beauty and fragrances and a deep understanding of scent families, notes, and fragrance composition.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding Retail sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet customer demand.
• Familiarity with different fragrance brands, their product offerings, and competitive landscape.
