I have been a psychiatrist in private practice in Wichita Falls for the past 20 years. We are growing our thriving practice, and are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinic team of 4 PMHNPs, 1 Ph. D. psychologist, 3 LPCs, 2 LVNs, and professional office staff.

We are seeking a dynamic PMHNP to to hire for a turn-key outpatient practice with no call, no weekends, and no administrative headaches.

The more you work, the more money you make as a commissioned W-2 employee. We operate on a percentage basis of billing. All overhead expenses are covered by the practice in exchange for a percentage of the revenue you generate.

Overhead includes payment of all professional expenses necessary for a nurse practitioner to do their job including: medical liability insurance; professional fees and memberships; continuing medical education; insurance company empanelment; credentialing; prior authorization; medical billing services; collection services; medical record services; provision of electronic medical prescribing and prescription pads; 24 hour 7 day a week answering service; patient scheduling; telemedicine services; and the services of our LVNs to manage patient communications via phone.

Health insurance could also be available if negotiated as part of the hiring process.

Pay: $69,821.00 - $217,598.00 per year
