Livian Director of Growth Job Description

  • Primary Objectives - 20% and ONE THING
  • Add One New $30M Team Per month in Partnership with each existing LTL
  • Lead recruiting and team attraction efforts for the Growth division
  • Prospect for $30M teams
  • Respond to all Livian.com partnership inquiries (unless passed to LTL); ensure LTLs are following up with
  • Usher $30M team recruits through the partnership discovery process
  • Host 5 recruiting conversations per day
  • Follow partnership discovery process, determining what the best next step is for a recruit
  • Answer recruit emails and questions
  • Partner with Operations Lead to ensure follow-up is set to recruits after each call
  • Support all LTLs in securing one $30M team per month per territory (excluding MC teams) - 13 total teams per month.
  • Support CEOs LTLs in attracting at least one agent per team per month to existing Livian teams
  • Support for Vice President, Growth
  • Support VP of Growth on weekly Growth meeting, with Bootcamps and quarterly Advances
  • Support VP of Growth in onboarding/training/coaching LTLs and territory recruiting teams
  • Regular Work Activities - Adds up to 100% of Job

Recruitment Coaching & Training - CEOs LTLs:

  • Lead monthly LTL, CEO DOS recruiting script practice
  • Lead monthly LTL, CEO DOS recruiting mastermind
  • Help hold CEOs accountable to their recruiting goals monthly (working through the LTLs to ensure team growth)
  • Create and distribute new scripts for CEOs to use in recruiting
  • Provide marketing with recruiting scripts, collateral ideas, and assets for weekly CEO recruiting resource digest
  • Work with Marketing team to develop recruiting assets and resources for bi-monthly newsletters and weekly recruiting source newsletter

  • You are a successful real estate agent or team leader who understands and internalizes the Livian value proposition and can easily describe it to others.
  • You develop rapport quickly with new people.
  • You have no problem cold calling potential teams and sharing the Livian value proposition.
  • You enjoy helping others on their career path and finding their next opportunity for growth through our partnership
  • You are detail-oriented and organized, able to follow processes, and convert team recruits.
  • You care deeply about others and the impact you can make on others’ lives.
  • You don’t shy away from the phone and don’t mind being hung up on.
  • You communicate effectively via phone, email, and text.
  • You are persuasive, go for the win on every call, celebrate victories and past defeats.
